The Rogue Valley Genealogical Society makes available certificates for those whose ancestors were pioneers or early settlers in the Rogue Valley. The following certificates are available:
Pioneer of the Rogue Valley (arrived prior to 1865)Early Settler of the Rogue Valley (arrived prior to 1900)
Follow this link, Pioneer Surnames to search the pioneer surname list. Select Pioneer Records from the Category dropdown and Pioneer Surname List from the Source dropdown.

If you believe that you have an ancestor who was a pioneer settler in the Rogue Valley who is not on our surname list, please contact us at reception@rvgslibrary.org. We are constantly expanding the list of pioneer surnames for which we maintain files.
